Would love to check out your Etsy shop if you revived it! I understand what you mean by not having enough time to keep it going because of work - I started mine in April and it's been sooo difficult being consistent with my shop uploads even though they're just digital downloads.

Also, your pasta recipe looks SO delicious! I will have to try it out later this month when it's a bit cooler outside. I once made a butternut squash and sage pasta which required an insane amount of labor so the canned pumpkin in this recipe is going to be a huge time saver.

thank you! i’m actually going to put up my own wesbite which is so scary…. what’s great about etsy is that there’s already traffic on there, on my own site i’ll be starting from ground zero 🥴😖

i definitely was like oh no WAY i’m roasting a whole squash just to eat pasta — so happy the canned pumpkin is an easy ingredient for me and for you! 👏🏾

Oh I loveeee this piece! I totally relate to the creative person issue - I constantly want to make whether that's writing or baking or creating with my hands. My dream is to write a novel one day, like you, but I get waylaid with other creative ideas along the way.

I'd like some cake and pie recipes for beginners, especially during this time of year 🫶

And thank you so much for sharing this recipe too! I'm going to suggest we have it for dinner next week 🥰🍂

creativity fatigue! and it can only be solved by putting those creative ideas out and making them realized, which is so conflicting 🥲

i actually have some cake & pie recipes on the docket so i’m glad you mentioned that! thank you!! ♥️

thank you so much, kami! that truly means a lot to me 🥹 if i may ask, is there any specific skill you’ve found yourself wanting to work on or a style of food you’d be more interested in? (quick breads, pastries, etc?)

it’s definitely overwhelming, i’m glad i’m not the only one! and it feels like the only way to calm that feeling is by creating, even when you need to take a break so it’s kind of a catch 22 😅

i’ll add a cookie guide to my list! it’s something i’m actually really passionate about: good cookies haha 😆 now i’m wondering, do you prefer chewier cookies or thick, cakier cookies?

I know! The only way to calm it down is by creating and then you might even get exhausted and get a creative block, it’s so crazy hahaha. About the cookies, I actually love both! But maybe now I’m craving more cakier cookies💜
